0.2 Base of Asteroids!

Hello, I made the base for Asteroids!

changelogs:
added a hit animation for when the player gets hit
added lives for the player

added a game over animation
added a life counter
added a restart button for when you're game over

added 4 different sprites for the asteroids that will be picked randomly
added different sizes of asteroids
added lives for asteroids
-when a asteroid is bigger then a certain value it will need to be hit 2-3 times before it gets destroyed
added a slight decrease in the delay of spawning Asteroids every time an Asteroid spawns
-if it comes to the minimum of the delay it will stop decreasing it
